In-Store Purchases

Refunds on music are only allowed on new music in original unopened packaging. Returns due to a manufacturing errors (severe scratches, warping, etc.) may be exchanged for identical titles. Store credit will only be issued if the returned title is no longer available. Items must be returned within 30-days of purchase to qualify for exchange.

All sales are final on used music. Inspect all used items before purchase.

All sales of cartridges/stylus are final. 

New and used equipment is guaranteed for 30 days from date of purchase.

Online Orders

Returns for music purchased online are only allowed if the item is defective such as severe scratches or warping, or if you received the wrong item. In this case, Cameron Records will provide a return label and an identical title will be sent once the defective item is received. If you received a defective item, please email us with your order number, items purchased, and issue.

Cameron Records prints address labels exactly as they are entered at checkout. Cameron Records is not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses. If you need to update your address for a order (or pre-order) please email us. You will receive a confirmation when the change has been made. 

If the package is refused, you will only be refunded for the purchase price and not the shipping fee. In the event that an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will do our best to notify you.
