Is ordering on your site secure?
Absolutely. Our site is protected by SSL certificates. We never keep your payment information.

When will my order ship?
We ship every business day. Orders placed before 1pm MST will ship the same day, otherwise the next business day. We use USPS for all orders. Both priority and media mail rates are available. 

IMPORTANT: If your order included a pre-order item, it will be held until all your items are ready to ship. If you need your items shipped separately, please call the store to arrange the additional shipping.

How do you calculate shipping?
All shipping costs are calculated on the total weight of the order. We do our best to keep shipping and handling costs minimal while keeping our shipping standards at the highest level. 

Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes! Come on down. We will hold all pre-paid orders for you to pick up at your convenience. Choose "Store Pick Up" when placing your order. 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!

I placed an pre-order and now it's not listed on the website. What happened?
If you placed a pre-order and no longer see the item on our website, that simply means it is no longer available for pre-order. Rest assured your order is still in place and we will ship it out as soons possible.

Where is my order?
You will be sent a tracking number once your order ships. Be advised that media mail moves slower in some areas. Once a item leaves our store, it is out of our hands and we cannot assist with delivery times, missed deliveries, etc. Please contact your local postal provider if you are having delivery issues.

My order arrived damaged/I received the wrong item. Who can I talk to?
While we do our best to prevent damage during shipping, it is at times inevitable. If your order arrived damaged, or incorrect, email us or give us a call and we will make it right with either replacement or refund.
